- Directly from you — in person, by telephone, text, or email, or through our websites when you visit, submit an inquiry, request franchise information, download our Franchise Growth Kit, take our owner-fit quiz, use our planning tools, check territory availability, schedule services, sign up for updates, or contact us.
- Franchisees — when you sign up for services.
- Loyalty Brands — when you express an interest in our services or owning a franchise.
- Third parties — from marketing and advertising providers, advertising networks, data analytics providers, visitor-identification and business-contact enrichment providers, social media networks (including LinkedIn), franchise and business brokers, other third parties with your consent, and from third parties to verify the information you provide.
- Cookies, digital devices, and automated means — we use cookies, tags, pixels, web beacons, and other third-party tools and technologies to collect information about your preferences, behavior, and activities, through your computer, mobile device, or other technology, such as when you visit our websites or click on advertisements or links in emails you receive from us, and through automated monitoring of our websites and other technical systems.
4. Cookies, Website Technologies & Your Consent Choices
When you first visit this website, a consent banner lets you accept, decline, or customize non-essential cookies by category. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so analytics and advertising technologies honor the choices you make. You can change your choices at any time via the control or the “Do Not Sell My Info” link in our footer.
Technologies used on this website include:
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity (which may record how you interact with pages, such as scrolling and clicks) to understand and improve site performance.
- Advertising — Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising technologies for conversion measurement, remarketing, and targeted advertising; and Quantcast for audience measurement, which may involve ad-technology partners.
- Call tracking and recording — CallRail assigns tracking phone numbers and, where permitted by law, calls with our franchise development team may be recorded and transcribed for qualification, quality, and training purposes.
- Forms and CRM — HubSpot powers our forms and stores the contact information you submit.
- Approximate location — we may derive your approximate (city-level) location from your IP address to tailor territory-related content. We do not collect precise GPS location from this website.
- Visitor identification and enrichment — we may use technologies and service providers (such as Leadpipe, Clay, BetterContact, and MillionVerifier) that attempt to associate your visit with business contact information (such as your name, company, business email, or LinkedIn profile) and to verify and enrich contact details you provide or that are identified.
- Sales outreach — if you express interest in franchise ownership or are identified as a likely prospective owner, we and our service providers (such as Smartlead, HeyReach, and Cleverly) may contact you by email, phone, text, or LinkedIn. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out of any channel by replying or by contacting us as described below.
5. Franchise Inquiries
If you inquire about franchise ownership, we use the information you provide (and information from the sources above) to respond to you, evaluate your candidacy, deliver our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and related materials, schedule and conduct calls, and comply with federal and state franchise sales laws, which may require us to retain records of our communications with you. Your information may be shared with franchise brokers or referral networks involved in your inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not obligate you to purchase a franchise, and this website is not an offer to sell a franchise; offers are made only through an FDD in accordance with applicable law.
6. Why We Collect Your Information

- To verify or maintain the quality or safety of a product, service, or device we control.
- To collect or process sensitive personal information where the purpose is not to infer characteristics about you.
8. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our website utilizes Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) encryption, which you can verify by checking for the “https” protocol and the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar.
We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services, complete transactions, comply with legal obligations (including franchise sales record-keeping requirements), maintain records, resolve disputes, ensure security, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. In some cases, this may mean retaining information indefinitely, even after you are no longer a customer or active franchise prospect.
While we work to protect your information, no method of transmitting or storing data online is entirely secure. We cannot guarantee the security, integrity, or privacy of information exchanged over the Internet.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Applicable state privacy laws may give you certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
- Right to Know — you can request information about: the categories of personal information we collected about you; the sources for that information; the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling it; the categories of third parties with whom we share it; and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to Delete — you may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you. Where required by law, we will delete it from our records, instruct service providers and contractors to delete it, and tell third parties with whom we have sold or shared it to delete it, unless doing so is impossible or requires disproportionate effort. We may keep personal information where reasonably necessary to complete a transaction or fulfill a contract, meet warranty or legal requirements, detect and repair errors or security issues, exercise a legal right, use internally in ways consistent with your relationship with us, or comply with legal obligations.
- Right to Correct — you have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct it.
- Right to Data Portability — you have the right to request a copy of your personal information in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Right to Opt Out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising or advertising based on your activity across different websites or apps, and of any automated profiling used to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
- Right to Limit the use or disclosure of your sensitive personal information for reasons other than those in Section 7.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices or rates, provide a different level or quality of goods or services, or suggest any of the above because you exercised these rights. We may, however, charge different prices or provide different services or benefits if reasonably related to the value of your personal information to our business, and we may offer loyalty, rewards, premium features, or discounts as compensation for collecting, selling, or retaining personal information.
10. How to Exercise Your Privacy Rights
You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing support@zoomingroomin.com. Please include your name, address, phone number, email, and the specific right you want to exercise. You may make up to two requests in any 12-month period. If fees apply, we will notify you in advance.
Verification. To protect your information, we must verify your identity before processing a request. This may require proof of identity or address and answering questions about yourself. Authorized agents must provide their contact information, a signed certification, and details about the consumer they represent. Parents or guardians may submit requests on behalf of their children. If we cannot verify your identity or authority, we may decline your request. Any information collected for verification will only be used for that purpose.
Response timing and appeals. We will respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If more time is needed due to the complexity of your request, we may extend our response time by an additional 45 days and will notify you within the initial period. If we deny your request, we will notify you within 45 days and provide information on how to appeal, if available.
11. Opt Out of Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
We process personal data for the purposes of targeted advertising. You have the right to opt out of that sale or sharing. You can opt out in two ways:
- On this website: decline or customize advertising cookies in our consent banner, or use the “Do Not Sell My Info” link in the footer at any time. These choices are applied through Google Consent Mode v2.
- By email: send a request to support@zoomingroomin.com with your name, address, phone number, and email.
